Morning Feel Good with Yoga exercises
These exercises, as I interpreted, were designed to engage the muscles of the body using stretch-like motions. It did not focus on building muscle, specifically to build balance and strength. My local gym does have a yoga class but it wasn't something I saw myself doing. However, after performing these exercises demonstrated by Marie, I felt a since of relaxation. I felt calm and surprisingly, stronger. Yoga, as I heard, can be a form of meditation and it also helps move the body in angles the body is not accustomed to.
Looks like I will be giving that yoga class at my gym a try. If it is anything like this video, then I've been missing out.
