Battling anxiety

I had the pleasure of watching a youtube video of a professional trainer explaining his interpretation of what causes depression. He unfortunately slipped into a state of depression when he realized he was involved with activities that did not align with his soul. The feeling of fulfillment plagued them. There wasn't much of a reason to continue on living. Thankfully he was able to find the missing peaces of what made him tick.

I also go to thinking of what makes me tick. Depression I am not immune to and I battle it on occasion. The depressions I battle, at least half of them, were about self value. The other half is not doing what my soul was programmed to do. My activities were based on the expectations of other people. Too busy looking for approval. Too much focus on fitting in not self expression.

The moment we let interferences stop the expression of our potential, is the moment we restrict our essence. This will lead to depression. Your essence has a unique taste. It requires specific nourishments. If you are depressed, you are either doing something you don't like or not doing something at all.
